A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-16
(B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the
district character of the following described areas.
(A)
MOSER STREET, EAST SIDE, SOUTH OF 3550 MOSER STREET
From: A-1 Light Agricultural
To: M-3 General Industrial
A part of the SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 1, T18N, R16E, 15th Ward, City of Oshkosh,
Winnebago County, Wisconsin containing 3.908 acres of land and being described by:
Commencing at the N ¼ corner of said Section 1; thence S 00-02-44 E 1733.61 ft. along the W
line of the NE ¼ of said Section 1 to the point of beginning; thence S 89-47-23 E 714.58 ft. to a
point on the Wly right-of-way line of the Wisconsin Central Railroad Company; thence S 02-27-
32 W 240.18 ft. along the Wly right-of-way line of the Wisconsin Central Railroad Company;
thence N 89-47-23 W 704.09 ft. to a point on the W line of the NE ¼ of said Section 1 and also
being the E right-of-way line of Moser St.; thence N 00-02-44 W 240.00 ft. along the W line of
the NE ¼ of said Section 1 also being the E right-of-way line of Moser St. to the point of
beginning, plus public right-of-way abutting said lot extending to the centerline of Moser St.

as follows: commencing at the N 1/4 corner of said Fractional Section, thence south 89°57'21" west
along the north line of the NW 1/4 of said Fractional Section 570.75 ft., thence south 06046'08'' east

east along the south line of Sennholz Addition 953.88 ft., to the point of beginning of the parcel to
