COMMON COUNCIL MEETING
September 13, 2000

A. CITY MANAGER'S REPORT
1. BILLS
It is recommended that the bills, as audited and presented by the Director of Finance, be
approved for payment.
2. NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY
Request permission to grant approval to the residents of Cliffview Drive to close Cliffview
Drive, from 1745 Cliffview to Murdock Avenue, on Sunday, September 17, 2000, from 4:00
p.m. until later in the evening, for a neighborhood block party, in accordance with the
attached letter of request.
3. NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH
Request permission to grant approval to the residents of West 4th Avenue to close the 700
block of West 4th Avenue on Saturday, September 16, 2000, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.,
for a Neighborhood Watch get-together, in accordance with the attached letter of request.
4. OSHKOSH WEST HOMECOMING PARADE
Request permission to grant approval to Oshkosh West High School to utilize city streets
and facilities for their annual Homecoming Parade on Friday, September 15, 2000, from
5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., in accordance with the attached letter of request.
**5. CLOSING OF ALGOMA BOULEVARD
Request permission to grant approval to Energys, Inc. to close Algoma Boulevard, from
New York Avenue to Rockwell Avenue, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, September
18, 19 and 20, 2000, to install a chilled water distribution pipe, in accordance with the
attached letter of request.

TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 20 & 22, 2000 PER ENERGYS
INC.
