HomeMy WebLinkAbout00-363.docSEPTEMBER 13, 2000 00-363 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 6-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN PURPOSE: GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS; APPROVE FINAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS: (A) W 20TH AVENUE; (B) 660 OAK STREET INITIATED BY: (A) OSHKOSH CENTRAL CREDIT UNION (B) GREAT LAKES COMPANIES PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Both approved w/conditions BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that conditional use permits are hereby granted for the following properties under Section 30-11 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, and that said permits are granted with conditions, if any, as noted for each respective property, and the Planned District Overlay and final development plans, per the attached exhibits, are hereby approved. A) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT; REVISED FINAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT- W. 20th Avenue A conditional use permit for a revised planned commercial development for construction of a credit union on the north side of W. 20th Avenue, west of Knapp Street, to eliminate an ingress/egress on the southern portion of the site, adjacent to W. 20th Avenue, and create a new egress onto W. 20th Avenue for exiting only on the west side of the proposed site, per the attached "Exhibit A", with the condition that the original ingress/egress on the southern portion of the site, adjacent to W. 20th Avenue, be eliminated. B) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT; FINAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - 660 Oak Street A conditional use permit for a planned residential development for construction of a three story apartment building with 64 units for independent elderly, and associated amenities, per the attached "Exhibit B". BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh hereby approves of the Planned District Overlays for the properties noted above.
