PURPOSE:
GRANT/ACCEPT EASEMENTS:
(A) MERCURY MARINE; (B) UW-OSHKOSH; (C) UW-OSHKOSH
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the City
hereby grants an easement to Mercury Marine for access purposes off from State Rd.
91, west of S. Oakwood Rd., per the attached "Exhibit A".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City hereby grants an easement to the
Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System (UW-Oshkosh), on the south
side of existing Pearl Ave., within the Marion Rd./Pearl Ave. Redevelopment Project
Area, per the attached "Exhibit B".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City hereby accepts easements from the
Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System (UW-Oshkosh), (a) on the
south side of Warren Rd., west of Wisconsin St., and (b) on the south side of existing
Pearl Ave., within the Marion Rd./Pearl Ave. Redevelopment Project Area, per the
attached "Exhibit C".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute any and all documents necessary for purposes of same.
