PURPOSE:
AMEND VOTING WARDS
INITIATED BY:
CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, it is the responsibility of the City of Oshkosh to establish wards for the
purpose of voting; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to create wards following the annexation of new territory
to provide continuation of appropriate county and state representation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Oshkosh Common Council that the
territories annexed March 28, 2000 from the Town of Oshkosh known, as the Ryf Road
Annexation shall create voting ward 41 in the City of Oshkosh.
