HomeMy WebLinkAbout00-313.docAUGUST 8, 2000 00-313 RESOLUTION (APPROVED 7-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN PURPOSE: GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS: (A) 615 EVANS STREET (B) 600 BLOCK N MAIN STREET, WEST SIDE INITIATED BY: (A) CALVARY CHAPEL OF OSHKOSH INC. (B) J & R SERVICE PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Both found consistent with Standards set forth in Section 30-1 I(D) of the Zoning Ordinance and approved w/conditions as noted BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that conditional use permits are hereby granted under Section 30-11 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance for the following properties, and that said permits are granted with conditions, if any, as noted for each respective property. A) 615 Evans Street, Calvary Chapel of Oshkosh, Inc. A conditional use permit for expansion of an existing church for offices, Sunday School classes and mid-week studies, per the attached "Exhibit A", with the condition that the buildings at 615 Evans and 820-824 E. Parkway Ave. be combined to create one parcel. B) 600 Block N Main Street, West Side; J & R Service A conditional use permit for construction of an automobile repair facility, per the attached "Exhibit B", with the following conditions: 1) 2) A landscape plan be submitted to, and approved by, the Department of Community Development. No vehicle parts or equipment used for repairs be stored outside the building.
