A. CITY MANAGER'S REPORT
1. BILLS
It is recommended that the bills, as audited and presented by the Director of Finance, be
approved for payment.
2. NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY
Request permission to grant approval to the residents of Fairfax Street to closed Fairfax
Street, from Rebecca Run to Hayward Avenue, on Saturday, August 12, 2000, from 3:00
p.m. to 1:00 a.m., for a neighborhood block party, in accordance with the attached letter of
request.
3. MEMORY WALK
Request permission to grant approval to the Alzheimer's Association of Northeastern
Wisconsin to utilize Menominee Park and facilities on Saturday, October 7, 2000, from
6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., for their third annual Memory Walk, in accordance with the
attached letter of request.
4. OSHKOSH NORTH HOMECOMING PARADE
Request permission to grant approval to Oshkosh North High School to utilize city streets
and facilities on Friday, October 6, 2000, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., for their
Homecoming Parade, in accordance with the attached letter of request.
5. GOODWILL DONATION DRIVE
Request permission to grant approval to Goodwill Industries to allowArmy National Guard
five ton trucks to utilize city streets on Saturday, September 9, 2000, from 9:00 a.m. to
1:00 p.m., to collect donations for Goodwill, in accordance with the attached letter of
request.
