HomeMy WebLinkAbout00-241.docJUNE 13, 2000 00-241 RESOLUTION (CARRIED LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN PURPOSE: GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS: (A) 21 W NEW YORK AVENUE (B) 1331 ALGOMA BOULEVARD (C) 3870 JACKSON STREET (D) 223 N MAIN STREET INITIATED BY: (A) TERRY LAID, PETITIONER; (B) CITY OF OSHKOSH; (C) COMMUNITY CHURCH; (D) JEFF ROBL, PETITIONER PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Found consistent with Standards set forth in Section 30-11 (D) of the Zoning Ordinance and approved w/conditions as noted BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that conditional use permits are hereby granted under Section 30-11 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance for the following properties, and that said permits are granted with conditions, if any, as noted for each respective property. A) 21 W. New York Avenue; Terry Laib, petitioner A conditional use permit for a mixed commercial/residential use, per the attached "Exhibit A". B) 1331 Algoma Boulevard; Oshkosh Public Museum, City of Oshkosh, owner A conditional use permit for construction of a temporary storage building on the Museum grounds, per the attached "Exhibit B", with the condition that the building and foundation be removed and the lawn restored by December 31, 2003. C) 3870 Jackson Street; Community Church, owner A conditional use permit for a day care/preschool within the existing church, per the attached "Exhibit C", with the condition that a solid wood fence or evergreen shrub border at least 5 ft. high be installed and maintained along the rear lot line from the parking lot north to the northern property line. D) 223 N. Main Street; Jeff Robl, petitioner A conditional use permit for a mixed commercial/residential use, per the attached "Exhibit D", with the condition that the apartments not receive occupancy permits until a written agreement to assure retention of parking is approved by the City Attorney's Office and Dept. of Community Development, and said agreement is properly recorded with the Winnebago County Register of Deeds office.
