PURPOSE:
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
INITIATED BY: TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTIONS 27-23
(A-5) (A-11) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO LOADING ZONES
AND PARKING REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-23 (A-5) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to loading zones is hereby amended as follows:
A-5 LOADING ZONES
Delete Therefrom:
High Avenue, north side, from 177 feet west of Market
Street to 240 feet west of Market Street, between the
hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through
Saturday, for 10 minutes and less loading.
SECTION 2. That Section 27-23 (A-11) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining
to parking regulations on designated streets and alleys is hereby amended as follows:
A-11 PARKING REGULATIONS
HIGH AVENUE
Delete Therefrom: No parking, south side, from the railroad tracks to
Market Street.
90-minute parking, south side, from Division Street to
the railroad tracks between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
and 6:00 p.m. daily except on Sundays and New
Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

90-minute parking, north side, from 131 feet west of
Market Street to 157 feet west of Market Street
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily
except on Sundays and New Year's Day, Memorial
Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day
and Christmas Day.
Add Thereto:
90-minute parking, south side, from Division Street to
223 feet east, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and
6:00 p.m. daily except on Sundays and New Year's
Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
No parking, south side, from 223 feet east of Division
Street to Market Street.
90-minute parking, north side, from 101 feet west of
Market Street to Brown Street, between the hours of
9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily except on Sundays and
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Delete Therefrom: 2-hour parking, north side, from South Main Street to
Nebraska Street between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Add Thereto:
2-hour parking, north side, from South Main Street to
105 feet west of South Main Street.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, publication, and placement of the appropriate signage.
