KOELLER ST. INITIATED BY: (A) DALE NELSEN, PETITIONER (B) CURTIS RISKEY, PETITIONER PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: (A) Found to be consistent with Section 30-11(D) & approved w/condition; (B) Approved w/condition BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that conditional use permits are hereby granted for the following properties under Section 30-11 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, and that said permits are granted with conditions, if any, as noted for each respective property, and the Planned District Overlay and final development plans, per the attached exhibits, are hereby approved. A) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - Jackson St., south of 2551 Jackson Street A conditional use permit for construction of a 9,000 sq. ft. commercial building with a drive-thru pick up window, per the attached "Exhibit A", with the condition that no direct access to Jackson St. be allowed from the site. B) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT; FINAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT- 1620 S. Koeller Street A conditional use permit for a planned commercial development for construction of a 12,060 sq. ft. commercial building, to include a 1,700 sq. ft. cafe, per the attached "Exhibit B", with the condition that a landscape plan, which includes screening in the rear yard, be submitted to, and approved by, the Dept. of Community Development prior to the issuance of any building permits for the project, and said approved landscaping be installed no later than May 30, 2001. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh hereby approves of the Planned District Overlays for the properties noted above.
