HomeMy WebLinkAbout03-475.docNOVEMBER 25, 2003 03-475 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 7-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: INITIATED BY: APPROVE 2004-2006 ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF COMPENSATION CITY ADMINISTRATION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the bi-weekly compensation schedule and job classification list for the non-represented staff is adjusted to provide annual increases as listed below and is hereby approved, as on file with the City Clerk. Effective Date Percentage Increase Pay Period #1, 2004 2.25% Pay Period #1, 2005 2.50% Pay Period #1, 2006 2.75% BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, effective January 1,2004, employees shall have the option to choose between two health insurance plans, as defined in the Master Document dated January 1, 2004, and will pay towards the cost of the single, dual or family plan health insurance premium equivalent, as follows: EPO Percentage single/dual/family Effective 01-01-04 3 $15/$25/$30 Effective 01-01-05 4 $20/$35/$50 Effective 01-01-06 4 $20/$40/$50 Drug Card Generic/formulary/non-formulary $5/$10/$25 PPO Effective 01-01-04 4 $20/$35/$50 Effective 01-01-05 5 $25/$40/$55 Effective 01-01-04 5 $30/$45/$60 Drug Card Generic/formulary/non-formulary $5/$20/$30 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Chapter 12 of the Personnel Policy Manual is amended as follows: Section 2 pertaining to funeral leave: add thereto - guardian, half-sister, half- brother, step-sister and step-brother (effective 1-1-04); and Section 11 (A) pertaining to VACATIONS: add thereto -- five weeks and three days with pay after twenty-five years of continuous service (effective 1-1-06).
