Dear Council Members:
I am requesting the use of a portion of South Park on Saturday, July 10,
2004, for my wedding. We will be holding our wedding ceremony by the
South Park Bridge between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. that day. The ceremony
is expected to take (at the most) one-half hour and we will have a limited
amount of guests. We will be bringing our own chairs and a tarp in case of
rain. We will do all the set-up and take-down and clean up any mess that
may occur.
We will not be requiring the use of a shelter. Thank you for your
consideration of our limited use of the park that day.
Sincerely,
Brett Jungwirth
