PURPOSE: DEDICATE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAYS/INSURANCE WAY AND MCCLONE DRIVE INITIATED BY: MCCLONE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT LLC, OWNER PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the City hereby accepts street right-of-way for "Insurance Way", on the south side of W. Waukau Avenue, extending southerly, and "McCIone Drive", on the west side of S. Washburn Street, extending westerly to intersect with proposed Insurance Way.
