PURPOSE:
AMEND VARIOUS FEES FOR LICENSING
INITIATED BY: CITY CLERK
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING VARIOUS
SECTIONS OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO FEES.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 4-18 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
operator initial license fee is hereby amended to increase said license fee to Sixty Dollars
($60.00). The operator renewal license fee is hereby amended to increase said license fee
to Fifty-Five Dollars ($55.00). The duplicate operator license fee is amended to increase
said license fee to Fifteen ($15.00).
SECTION 2. That Section 22-12 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
taxicab driver's initial license fee is hereby amended to increase said license fee to Forty-
five Dollars ($45.00). The taxicab driver's renewal license fee is hereby amended to
increase said license fee to Forty Dollars ($40.00). The duplicate taxicab driver's license
fee is created and said license fee to be Fifteen ($15.00).
SECTION 3. That Section 5-37 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
mechanical entertainment device license fees is hereby amended to increase said license
fee to Twenty Dollars ($20.00).
SECTION 4. That Section 5-3 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to public
dance license fee is hereby amended to increase said license fees to One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00). Said license is to be issued and signed by the City Clerk.
SECTION 5. That Section 8-49 (C) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
direct sellers or solicitors license fee is hereby amended to increase said license fees to
Forty Dollars ($40.00).
SECTION 6. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect for all license
and renewal applications submitted after the date of passage and publication.
