Wollangk City Manager 215 Church Ave Oshkosh, WI 54901 Re: 715 Wyoming Street (Parcel #906-0844-01) Dear Richard A. Wollangk: SEP $ 0 2~ We are requesting to have the Oshkosh Common Counsel allocate funds in the 2004 city budget to extend water and sewer mains to service this property. The closest existing mains are located in Seventh Street, approximately 160 feet to the North. We would like m proceed with improving the lot with a single-family home. Without the sewer and water main extensions, we cannot proceed with the improvements and increase the value of the property. Respectfully, Bill Schlichting, President Excell Homes & Realty Inc.
