Request for asphalt paving of alley west of S. Main Street, south of W. South Park Avenue

Dear Richard A. Wollangk:

We are requesting to have the Oshkosh Common Counsel allocate funds in the 2004 city
budget to extend water and sewer mains to service this property. The closest existing
mains are located in Seventh Street, approximately 160 feet to the North. We would like
m proceed with improving the lot with a single-family home. Without the sewer and
water main extensions, we cannot proceed with the improvements and increase the value
of the property.
