PURPOSE:
DEDICATE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY/N. EAGLE STREET-
SOUTH OF OSHKOSH AVENUE
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the City
hereby accepts street right-of-way for N. Eagle Street, south of Maple Avenue, from
Evergreen Manor Inc. and on City owned property, south of Oshkosh Avenue, as
described in the attached exhibits.

TO CITY OF OSHKOSH
(N. EAGLE STREET)
A part of Lots 1 and 4 in McMillen's Replat of Lots 1, 2 and 3 Block 101, and Lots 1, 2
and 4 Block 102, and David T. Goss's Addition to Algoma etc., in the 12th Ward, City of
Oshkosh, per Leach's Map of 1894, and now in the 16th Ward of said City being
described by:
Commencing at the center of Section 15, T18N, R16E, thence S. 00°34'14'' W., 29.25
feet along the east line of the SW ¼ of said Section 15, being the east line of Lot 1 in
said McMillen's Replat, to the tree point of beginning; thence continue S.100°34' 14" W.,
450.55 feet along the east line of the SW ¼ of said Section 15; thence S. 189°46'10'' W.,
19.00 feet; thence N. 00°34'14" E., 450.55 feet; thence N. 89°46'10" E., 119.00 feet to the
tree pOint of beginning.
Said parcel contains approximately 8,560.45 sq. f~.

A parcel of land in the SW ¼ and in the NW ¼ of Section 15, T18N, R16E, 16th Ward,
City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the center of said Section 15-18-16; thence S. 00°34'14'' W., 29.25 feet
along the centerline of said Section 15; thence S. 89°46'10" W., 17 feet; thence N.
00°34'14" E., parallel to the centerline of said Section 15, to a point 39 feet south of the
south line of Oshkosh Avenue; thence east parallel to the south line of Oshkosh Avenue
to the centerline of said Section 15; thence south along to the centerline of said Section
15 to the point of beginning.
North is referenced to the west line of the SW ¼ of Section 15, T18N, R16E, which is
assumed to bear due north.
Said parcel contains approximately 8,517 square feet.
