HomeMy WebLinkAboutDOR-TIDs 41,42,43 2023Balcom, Jessi Hi Jessi, Attached are the certification letters for the 2022 creation of Tax Incremental Districts (TIDs) 41, 42 and 43. I copied the assessor and county real property lister so they are aware of these new TIDs. They must add the TID numbers to the 2023 tax/assessment roll. The City must make sure the TO property is coded correctly. I attached a copy of each TID's base value forms and map for reference. Please keep the attached documents in your TO files.
