Hi Jessi,
Attached are the certification letters for the 2022 creation of Tax Incremental Districts (TIDs) 41, 42 and 43.
I copied the assessor and county real property lister so they are aware of these new TIDs. They must add the TID
numbers to the 2023 tax/assessment roll.
The City must make sure the TO property is coded correctly. I attached a copy of each TID's base value forms and map
for reference.
Please keep the attached documents in your TO files.

Please be advised that the city has recently created new Tax Increment Financing District (TID) No. 41. The TID
will have a base year of January 1, 2022. Enclosed are maps showing the boundaries of the district as well as a
parcel list detailing the parcel(s) included in the TID. I have also included a legal description the TID.
