PURPOSE: TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
INITIATED BY: TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTIONS 27 - 7 (A -
2), (A - 7) AND 27 - 23 (A - 11) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO
PROHIBITED RIGHT TURNS, TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND PARKING REGULATIONS ON
DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27 - 7 (A - 2) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to prohibited right turns is hereby amended as follows:
A - 2 PROHIBITED RIGHT TURNS
Delete Therefrom: (b) Jackson Street, Marion Road, and Division Street
intersection, except for the rig ht turn from eastbound
Marion Road onto Jackson Street.
SECTION 2. That Section 27 - 7 (A - 7) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to traffic signals is hereby amended as follows:
A - 7 TRAFFIC CONTROLLED INTERSECTIONS DESIGNATED
Delete Therefrom : Jackson Street from Marion Road (Division Street).
Add Thereto : Jackson Street and Division Street.
Highway 21 and Westhaven Drive.
SECTION 3. That Section 27 - 23 (A - 11) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to p arking regulations on designated streets is hereby amended as follows:

A - 11 PARKING REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS
IRVING AVENUE
Delete Therefrom : No parking, south side, from 91 feet west of Jackson
Street to 30 feet east of Elmwood Avenue between
8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Add Thereto : No parking, south side, from 91 feet west of Jackson
Street to 30 feet east of Elmwood Avenue between
8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
except New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Delete Therefrom : No parking, east side, from 9 Avenue to 10 Avenue
on school days between 7: 00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, publication, and placement of the appropriate signage.
