Summary of Proposed Work
As shown on the attached site plan and landscaping plan, we are proposing a
series of improvements to the existing gravel parking lot on Scott Street. The
improvements include; asphalt surface, curb and gutter, contained site lighting, and
landscaping This parking lot is owned and maintained by the University of Wisconsin -
Oshkosh.
We have conducted the necessary Environmental Impact Assessment, which is
now complete. Part of that process was to notify surrounding properties to inform them
of our intent to reconstruct the parking lot and give the property owners a period of time
for questions or comment. We received no negative feedback.
Not only will we be providing for more parking spaces for commuters and staff at
UW-Os~osh, but we will be improving the appeamuce of this particular property.
