715 W. 3RD AVENUE

A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30 - 16
(B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICT S.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30 - 16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the
district character of th e following described areas.
(A) Portion of 1712 Burdick Street
From: C - 2 General Commercial
To: R - 2 Two Family
All of Lots 18, 19 and 20, Block 7, Hennings Park Plat, plus public right - of - way abutting
said lots extending to the centerline of Burdick Street, 15th Ward, City of Oshkosh,
Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
(B) W. 3rd Avenue, East of and Adjacent to 715 W. 3rd Avenue
From: R - 2 Two Family
To: M - 2 Central Industrial
All of Lots 8 and 9, Wentzels Subdivision, also east ½ of vacated Dakota Stre et west of
and adjacent to said lots, also west ½ of vacated Dakota Street east of and adjacent to
Lot 8, plus public right - of - way adjacent to said lots extending to the centerline of W. 3rd
Avenue, 6th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication.
