Box 1130 Oshkosh, WI 54902-1130 Dear Mr. Woliangk: On behalf of the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, OCDC, and the BID, 1 would like to request the closing of Market Street for the 2003 Wednesday Afternoon Concerts Series/Farmer's Market. This event is scheduled to take place every Wednesday, June 4 - August 27, 2003. There will be a total of 13 shows this summer. The hours of operation will be from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm. This is the first year of the Wednesday Afternoon Concert Series. We feel that having a majority of the vendors locate their market in one central area is beneficial to the farmer's/artists and their patrons. We hope to make this an event that will include music, food, and the farmer's market. Our goal is to enthusiastically bring the community to the roots of beautiful downtown Oshkosh. Please feel free to call me about any questions or concerns at 920.303.2265 ext 31. Thank you for your time and consideration on this matter.
