PURPOSE: GRANT EASEMENT TO COMPASS PROPERTIES WEBSTER BUILDING LLC / CHURCH AVENUE INITIATED BY: DEPT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to grant an easement to Compass Properties Webster Building LLC on the property formerly known as 12 Church Avenue, in conjunction with Compass Properties proposed redevelopment of the property at 501 N. Main Street, and to execute any and all documents necessary for purposes of same. EASEMENT ACROSS FORMER 12 CHURCH AVENUE PROPERTY (AVENUE SALON) FROM CITY OF OSHKOSH TO OWNERS OF 501 N.
