PURPOSE:
GRANT EASEMENT TO COMPASS PROPERTIES WEBSTER
BUILDING LLC / CHURCH AVENUE
INITIATED BY: DEPT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to grant an easement to
Compass Properties Webster Building LLC on the property formerly known as 12
Church Avenue, in conjunction with Compass Properties proposed redevelopment of
the property at 501 N. Main Street, and to execute any and all documents necessary for
purposes of same.
EASEMENT ACROSS FORMER 12 CHURCH AVENUE PROPERTY (AVENUE SALON)
FROM CITY OF OSHKOSH TO OWNERS OF 501 N. MAIN STREET
A part of Lot 51, Block 43 Leach's Map of 1894, 7th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago
County, Wisconsin described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast comer of said Lot 51; thence N. 00000'05'' E., 33.87 feet along the
east line of said Lot 51 to the northwest comer of LOt 1, Block 43 Leach's Map of 1894; thence
N. 89°53'16" W., 10.00 feet along the extended north line of said Lot 1; thence S. 00°00'05~' W.,
27.69 feet to the southerly line of said Lot 51 and also being the northerly line of Church
Avenue; thence S. 58°10'39" E., 11.77 feet along the northerly line of Church Avenue to the
point of beginning.
