RE: Alcohol Beverage License Application - 100 North Main St.
Oshkosh, WI
Dear Ms. Ubrig:
We are pleased to submit the enclosed Alcohol Beverage License Application for the building
currently under construction at 100 North Main Street. Our plan is for a restaurant with a bar to be
located at the No,th end of the first floor. There would be a patio deck located on the North side of
the building. The restaurant size would be between 3,000 and 5,000 square feet with entrances off
both Main and State Streets.
We have recently hired Chuck Ball from MLG Commercial to purse a restaurant tenant. Our
success in landing a restaurant suitable to this prime downtown location is dependent upon the
availability of a liquor license. This situation is not unlike the one that Dennis Schwab faced when
negotiating with Tumbleweed at his Wisconsin Street location.
Thank you, for any consideration you may give to our request for assistance in securing a quality
restaurant for the 100 North Main location.
Sincerely,
GANTHER CONSTRUCTION, INC.

Letter of Intent
Applying for a Class B Liquor License
To Whom It May Concern:
First off, we would like to introduce ourselves. We are Greg & Rich Askins, owners of
Heros Restaurant at 430 N. Main Street. We just opened in July and are still trying to
establish Heros.
Our menu consists of hot and cold sandwiches, gyros, pizza, soups, salads & appetizers.
We do carry a Class B Beer & Wine License. Having only been open 6 months, we do
struggle on our dinners, and serving liquor would only benefit us.
Our objective is to keep our customers at Heros instead of losing them to our neighboring
restaurants who do carry liquor. We have had numerous requests from our customers for
this license and we hope you can help us out with that.
I believe Hems is a great start to help rebuild downtown Oshkosh. I want to thank you for
taking the time to review our letter, and hope you can help us out by giving a Class B
Liquor License to us and Heros Restaurant.

To Whom It May Concern:
I Olga L. Cabral would like to have the approval to receive a liquor license
for La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant. La Hacienda is 10cated at 2107 Jackson St,
Oshkosh, WI. As many people know a Mexican restaurant is not the same without
Margaritas, and Pifia Coladas. We have a strong demand for Margaritas and Pifia
Coladas fi-om the public. Therefore we would really appreciate ify0u would
consider giving us the approval for the liquor license.
Sincerely,
Olga L. Cabral

To Whom It May Concern:
This is a letter of intent for the application and utilization of the
liquor' license that we're applying for the Powercom Speed Zone,
Our intentions in the use of this license will enable us to meet
the requests of our customers in several ways. We will be able to
offer a selected premix tropical drink that has Iow alcohol content
and is normally dispensed out of a machine in a smooth iced .form.
This type of drink is always satisfying, along with being in demand
from the customer's aspect.
Another area that we hope to develop and realize ts a ~'V,I.P."
a rea under the grandstand area, Having-this type of license allows us
a more versatile and appealing selection when It comes to offering
beverages. The customers we hope to entertain in this area will be
offered a special type of ab-nosphere and being able to provide them
with something extra usually makes t~e selection in the marketing
package easier to realize,
Sincerely;
Scott Schneider
