This project was approved in June of 2011, however, a certificate of occupancy was never requested or completed. A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to occupancy, should additional building(s) be erected, or should any buildings mentioned above be altered or moved. The use of land, or buildings, shall not be changed until a Certificate of Occupancy is issued for that occupancy. All conditions noted above must be complied with in order for this certificate to be valid.
