BID Manager and BID Committee Reports Member CO discussed Halloween and lighting windows downtown. There will be judging for the 20 participating businesses. Pedal Pub will be downtown, Caramel Crisp will have a wine tasting, Time will have a movie, and Grand may have live characters walking around outside near the square. Discussed Christmas and events around downtown to include windows art, gift wrapping in 404 building, and a madrigal also in the 404 building. Meidl discussed moving the December Wine Walk to be moved to spring as only two events are allowed per calendar year. Discussed possibility of switching the event to a beer and seltzer walk as these can be unlimited throughout the year. The parade sponsorship is good. Oshkosh Defense is main sponsor.
