1. A request to extend No Parking on the south side of Ceape Avenue from
Court Street to 120 feet west of Court Street at all times.
(Current condition: No parking, both sides, from Commerce Street to State Street.
No parking, south side from Court Street to 60’ west of Court Street. NO parking,
north side, from Broad Street to 82 feet west. No parking, south side, from State
Street to the north-south Alley adjacent to the Oshkosh Convention Center. No
parking, north side, from 177 feet west of Court Street to Court Street.
This is a fire department request
There is a small section of parking in front of the garage entrance to the Ceape
Ave. Fire Station. If vehicles are parked in this location, it makes is difficult to
maneuver fire trucks in and out of the station. The fire department contacted the
law firm in this area and they have no objection to these parking stalls being
removed as they have adequate off street parking.
2. A request to update the parking ordinances on Algoma Blvd. to match the
new layout and changes. There is some additional parking available and some
ordinance clean-up needed.
