If � on the inspection the mechanicals are not roughed in,the inspection will ail and a$100 re-inspection fee will be charged. 14. Atta.ched is a copy of the final inspection checklist. At the final inspecti all items on � this list must be completed to avoid the$100 re-inspection fee per inspec ion. � 15. When requesting final inspections please note that a minimum of 2 days otice is needed from the time the inspection is ready. Furniture is only allowed to be pla ed in the center of the garage floor and a minimum of a 3'pathway must be provided azo d the walls of � the garage. At the final inspection no furniture or personal belongings ar allowed in the house. Appliances such as the stove, refrigerator,washer,and dryer aze ot to be set in place due to the electrical inspector needing to look at the power serving e appliances. A 6' stepladder must be on site at the final inspection to provide access to the attic. 16. The building placard must remain on the patio door or on a kitchen wind w until � occupancy is approved. Occupancy is not allowed prior to the placard h ing all of the final inspection approved stickers on the backside.
