The City Attorney’s office has drafted the necessary easement documents. The Department of
Public Works does not have concerns with the proposed easements as they are needed for
public storm water management efforts in the area. Public Works will work with the property
owner to have the appropriate easement documents signed then have them recorded at the
Winnebago County Register of Deeds.
