Gohde, Assistant Director of Public Works / Utilities General Manager DATE: June 23, 2022 RE: Approve Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Public Works Contract No. 21-10 Water Filtration Plant (WFP) Boiler and Controls Replacement and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) HVAC Replacement / Sure-Fire, Inc. ($40,409) BACKGROUND Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Contract 21-10 is scheduled for consideration by the Common Council at the June 28, 2022 meeting. The Contract was originally awarded to Sure-Fire, Inc. in March of 2021. This change order is for additional services outside the original scope of work for this Contract. The total cost of this change order is $40,409, which will bring the total contract price to $479,159.
