27. Res 22-273 A Resolution providing for the issuance and sale of
approximately $8,615,000 aggregate principal amount of
water system revenue bonds, series 2022D, of the City of
Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, in such amount
providing details, prescribing the form of bond, awarding the
bonds to the best bidder, and providing for the payment of
said bonds and covenants with respect thereto
28. Res 22-274 A Resolution providing for the issuance and sale of
approximately $14,820,000 aggregate principal amount of
sewer system revenue bonds, series 2022E, of the City of
Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, in such amount
providing details, prescribing the form of bond, award the
bonds to the best bidder, and providing for the payment of
said bonds and covenants with respect thereto
29. Res 22-275 Approve settlement agreement with Beechwood Plaza Hotel
of Oshkosh, LLC (Hilton Garden Inn) for property tax
assessments for tax year 2021-2022 for property located at
