Res 22-242 RESOLUTION authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $21,625,000 aggregate principal amount of General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 2022A, of the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, in such amount, providing details, prescribing the form of bond, awarding the bonds to the best bidder, levying taxes, and related matters. 24. Res 22-243 RESOLUTION authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $9,140,000 aggregate principal amount of General Obligation Promissory Notes, Series 2022B, of the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, in such amount, providing details, prescribing the form of note, awarding the notes to the best bidder, levying taxes, and related matters. 25.
