L. NEW RESOLUTIONS
23. Res 22-242 RESOLUTION authorizing the issuance of not to exceed
$21,625,000 aggregate principal amount of General Obligation
Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 2022A, of the City of
Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, in such amount,
providing details, prescribing the form of bond, awarding the
bonds to the best bidder, levying taxes, and related matters.
24. Res 22-243 RESOLUTION authorizing the issuance of not to exceed
$9,140,000 aggregate principal amount of General Obligation
Promissory Notes, Series 2022B, of the City of Oshkosh,
Winnebago County, Wisconsin, in such amount, providing
details, prescribing the form of note, awarding the notes to the
best bidder, levying taxes, and related matters.
25. Res 22-244 RESOLUTION determining to issue not to exceed $8,780,000
aggregate principal amount of Storm Water Utility Revenue
Bonds, Series 2022C, of the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago
County, Wisconsin, in such amount providing details,
prescribing the form of bond, awarding the bonds to the best
bidder, and providing for the payment of said bonds and
covenants with respect thereto.
26. Res 22-245 Approve General Development Plan Amendment and
Specific Implementation Plan for a Building and Parking Lot
Additions at 532 Broad Street (Plan Commission
Recommends Approval)
27. Res 22-246 Approve General Development Plan and Specific
