Day By Day purchased property from the Housing Authority on 4/14/22,
has opened bids and is awaiting groundbreaking. Tiny Homes has
submitted application for zoning/site plan approval. Tiny homes site plan
expected for Council review in June.

and begin reporting on approved DEI measures; and (b)

committee on Local Government Funding (LGFC) to address
Oshkosh’s shortfall in state-local funding, with particular
attention to Municipal Services Payment (MSP) program,
Shared Revenue, and Transportation Aids.
City Manager continues to participate as a member of statewide

Development Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) Tourism Assessment
City staff will continue to work with the CVB on moving forward with
recommendations. CVB staff and city staff are working with a consultant
to start the rebranding process and are discussing the feasibility of a
downtown plaza. The City and the BID continue to work on
recommendations from the study to improve the downtown.
