PURPOSE: APPROVE DEVELOPER’S AGREEMENT / PICKART ESTATES,
PHASE II; NORTH 3300 BLOCK OF WEST 9TH AVENUE
INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the proper
City officials are hereby authorized and directed to enter into an appropriate Developer’s
Agreement for:
Pickart Estates, Phase II
Lots 25 – 39 and Outlots 2 and 3
City Hall, 215 Church Avenue P.O. Box 1130 Oshkosh, WI 54903-1130 http://www.ci.oshkosh.wi.us

RE: Revisions to Resolutions for Pickart Estates
Attached please find a redline and clean version of revisions to the Initial and Final Resolutions for
Pickart Estates. In January we revised the municipal code sections relating to special assessments.
When preparing the agenda we used a prior form which did not include the updated code references
and interest rate. Those have been corrected in the attached. In addition the Developer’s Agreement
has been updated to include the new code references.
