Washburn St. zn ��x6-1os4 Gentlemen: Examination of the plumbing plans and specifications for the abovementioned project has been completed. In accord with Chapter 145, Wisconsin Statutes , and ILHR 81 through 85, Wisconsin.Admin- istrative Code, the plumbing plans and specifications are approved contingent upon com- pliance with the stipulation noted below: 1. Any change in material from what is specificed on the plan requires an adendum from Jack Meyer, the designing engineer or the owner, before a change will be accepted by this office. 2. Any major change of fixture or sewer locations will also require the same adendum. (Sheet P-1 has sewer going out of building opposite of sheet C-4) Cleanouts and some branches will change locations . 3. Grease trap shall be sized as per code. Grease trap shall have the required clearance above it to facilitate cleaning as per code. 4. Indirect wastepiping as per code. 5. Al1 water supplies that require backflow protection are listed in the code and shall be protected as per code. 6. P 5 T valve as per code. 7. Fire sprinkling system shall be taken off before meter and backflow protection installed. 8. Size as per water calculation sheet. 9. All water supplies shall be sized as per calculation sheet. The architect, professional engineer, registered designer, owner or plumbing contractor shall keep, at the construction site, one set of plans bearing the stamp of approval. : In the event installation of this plumbing system has not commenced within two years from this date, this approval shall become void. A new application accompanied by full examin- ation fee shall be filed and an updated approval received before work may commence. CITY HALL • 215 CHURCH AVENUE • P. O. Mr. Robert Boeder Page Two Oct. 10, 1984 In granting this approval, the City cf Oshkosh or its representative does not hold itself liable for any defects in plans or specification, plan omissions, examination oversight, construction or any damage that may result in or after installation and reserves the right to order chanage or additions should conditions arise making this necessary. It shall be necessary for installing plumber to obtain a plumbing permit from the City of Oshkosh before proceeding with actual installation of this plumbing system or any of its parts.
