BACKGROUND West 9th Avenue was reconstructed and striped to allow for on-street parking per prior council direction on the road layout. ANALYSIS With the road reconstructed there is adequate space for on-street parking and it is striped accordingly. FISCAL IMPACT The cost of the road striping was included in the street reconstruction budget. RECOMMENDATION I recommend approval.
