Homeless support is part of the City's Neighborhood Investment Grant application to the State DOA. 1/11/2022 1/1/2021 City Manager Continue incorporating equity and inclusion into the day-to- day operations and structures of the Oshkosh city government. This includes implementing the recommendations of the DEI Committee and Council, working with departments to achieve their DEI- approved measurable equity and inclusion goals, and continuing community conversations with cross-section of the Oshkosh community Consultant currently conducting DEI training with staff. Staff is working with data from training, consultant and benchmark communities to develop equity and inclusion measures. Staff plans to provide draft KPI's to DEI in the 4th quarter. 12/14/2021 1/1/2021 City Manager Provide options to analyze, prioritize, and address the comprehensive facilities needs of the City of Oshkosh.
