PURPOSE: APPROVE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A SIGN AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF CLAIRVILLE ROAD AND TRANSIT
DRIVE
INITIATED BY: CITY OF OSHKOSH DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission finds that the Conditional Use Permit for a sign
at the northeast corner of Clairville Road and Transit Drive, is consistent with the criteria
established in Section 30-382 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that a conditional use permit for a sign at the northeast corner of Clairville Road
and Transit Drive is hereby approved, per the attached.
