All items that aze requircd to be changed by this lette�, m�s[be conected before commencing that part of the work. This approval is not a Heating Permit. Neccssary city permits must be secured before commencing work. You aze hereby adviscd that the owner, as defined in Chapter 101.01 (I) of the W isconsin State Statutes, is responsible for all code requirements not specificalty ci[ed herein. Code requirements aze set Forth in Chapters 61 [hrough 65 of the mles of the Department of � Commerce. The building will be inspected during constmction and a final inspec[ion will be made after completion to insure compliance with eity and state codes. The architect,professional engineer, builder or owner shall keep at the building as evidence of approval,one set of plans bearing the stamp of approval. COMM 61.30 Submit one copy of signed and sealed plans and structura] calculations for the design of the entire AHU support systcm. COMM 6130 Submit one copy of signed and sealed pLans and calculations for any alterations of the roof structure that may be needed to support the exhaust fans. If no strucmral alterations are needed, provide documentation showing such. COMM 64.501.4 To maintain proper balance, the AHU's and exhaust fans for[his system shall be intedocked so they run simultaneously. COMM 64.0309(1) As this system is designed for the sole pucpose of removing excess heat from production processes during the cooling season,this system shall not be run during the winter months unless additional information is provided demonstrating compliance witl�tempered make-up air requirements.
