The City has allocated part of the City’s CDBG CARES for Rental Assistance. ADVOCAP reports that the State of Wisconsin has approximately $400 million for rental assistance that ADVOCAP will be able to use, along with other municipalities throughout the state. This includes implementing the recommendations of the DEI Committee and Council, working with departments to achieve their DEI-approved measurable equity and inclusion goals, and continuing community conversations with cross-section of the Oshkosh community Consultant conducted DEI training in May. Staff will work with DEI Committee on developing measurable equity and inclusion goals. Staff initiating work on relevant KPI's. 9/1/2021 1/1/2022 City Manager Provide options to analyze, prioritize, and address the comprehensive facilities needs of the City of Oshkosh. Facilities Assessment forwarded to Council on 7/23/21. Workshop to be scheduled after ADA assessment is complete. 8/24/2021 1/1/2021 City Manager To use all the resources of the City Manager’s Office, partnering with colleagues and stakeholders, to lobby our state legislature to reduce the funding gap under the Municipal Services Payment Program Joint Finance removed this proposal from final 2021-2023 state budget.
