Community Development Staff has reviewed the most recent listing for state/federal
grants for potentially reducing greenhouse gases. At this time there are no good
candidates for an Oshkosh project . No further updates.

Eviction Moratorium extended through 7/31/21. The City has allocated part of the City’s
CDBG CARES for Rental Assistance. ADVOCAP reports that the State of Wisconsin has
approximately $400 million for rental assistance that ADVOCAP will be able to use, along
with other municipalities throughout the state. We are awaiting criteria definitions
regarding distribution of funds.

Continue incorporating equity and inclusion into the day-to-
day operations and structures of the Oshkosh city
government. This includes implementing the
recommendations of the DEI Committee and Council,
working with departments to achieve their DEI-approved
measurable equity and inclusion goals, and continuing
community conversations with cross-section of the Oshkosh
community
Consultant conducted DEI training in May. Staff
will work with DEI Committee on developing
measurable equity and inclusion goals. Staff
initiating work on relevant KPI's.
