11/15/95 REMODEG ESTIMATE FOR:
Removing most of old deck 14'x10' and stairs, and attaching to
existing house a 14'x10' three-seasons room with about 90" high
closed-in storage beneath, and attaching a treated Ianding,
stairs with handrails.
Includes: All materials� fasteners, and labor to complete
-Removing existing stairs and most of o1d deck;
-Building a 14'x10' three-seasons room with 2"x4" walls� white aluminum storm
windows, a 32" white Larson solid-core storm door, 5/8" cedar siding, with
1 ' cedar soffet on gable, and 2' cedar soffets on the walls;
-EncZosing lower level concrete slab with 2"x6" wa11s (treated), 5/8" cedar
siding and a pre-hung primed steel door with keyed door latch;
-Decking the upper 1eve1 with 3/4" T&G OSB, glued and with bridging;
-The roof existing of a 4/12 pitch, 7/16 OSB sheating with plywood clips, un-
derlayment, 20 yr, asphalt shingles, 4 roo.f loovers, white aluminun roof
edging, galvanized valley tin;
-The tie-ins of both Ievels and roof to existing house and roof;
-A 3'x3' treated landing with handrails, and treated stairs with handrails
from upper Ieve1 to Zower concrete pad.
-Covering the exterior house wall inside the three-seasons room with 5/8"
cedar siding;
-40"x40" concrete slab and 8"x8" concrete,post holes 4' deep;
-Nine Crestline white aluminum storm windows (3-32"x55", 6-36"x55");
-One Larson solid core storm door 32"x80" with hardware, and one 32"x80" pre-
hung primed steel door for lower level with keyed door latch;
-White aluminum gutter tied into existing house gutter with downspouts;
-Building Permit;
-Deck glue� roof jack, 8 white soffet vents, caulk, cedar sealer, and a11
fasteners.
Exclvdes: Any materials not mentioned above, finishing the interior of the
three-seasons room, and a Crestline skylight 222"x462", extra $168.00.
GUARANTEED to meet owner's satisfaction and a11 building codes and specifica-
tions.
