The report includes:  Map of each TID  PE-300 Financial Report Form required to be filed with the Department of Revenue for each TID  City's financial spreadsheets for each TID current through 6/18/21 For 2020, three new TIDs were created in 2019 and reportable in 2020. These being:  TID No. 36 Merge Redevelopment  TID No. 37 Aviation Plaza Redevelopment  TID No. 38 Pioneer Redevelopment Not included in the report is one TID that was created in 2020 and will be reported as part of future reports. This being:  TID No. 39 Cabrini School Redevelopment For 2020 the City had 28 active TIDs with a total combined value of $351,611,400 of which $220,619,100 was tax increment. Relative to the 12% statutory maximum increment value cap, the City was at 5.08% based on a 2020 municipal equalized value of $4,460,244,100. Based on 2020 total municipal equalized value, the City could have a maximum TID increment value of $535,229,292. This means there could be an additional $314,610,192 of tax increment added before the City would run up against the 12% value cap and not be able to create additional TIDs.
