Due to the current COVID-19 emergency, the City of Oshkosh is currently holding all meetings
remotely. Citizens wishing to provide comment on individual agenda items may appear

written comments. Written public comments may be sent by mail addressed to the Oshkosh

This meeting will be available live on Channel 10 in the City of Oshkosh, live streamed on
oshkoshmedia.org, live on WOCT radio station 101.9 FM, live through Roku, Apple TV and
Amazon Fire Stick. You may also view the meeting later on oshkoshmedia.org and the
