Community Development Staff has reviewed the most recent listing for state/federal grants
for potentially reducing greenhouse gases. At this time there are no good candidates for
an Oshkosh project . Will review and report status of grants at the end of Q2 / 2021 (early
July).

rates for base level utility usage
"Lifeline" rate option to be included in next rate

Eviction Moratorium extended through 6/30/21. The City has allocated part of the City’s
CDBG CARES for Rental Assistance. ADVOCAP reports that the State of Wisconsin has
approximately $400 million for rental assistance that ADVOCAP will be able to use, along
with other municipalities throughout the state. We are awaiting criteria definitions
regarding distribution of funds.

goals. DEI Committee met with consultant to
assist in these efforts. Consultant will initiate
training with staff in May.
