PURPOSE: APPROVE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A
CELLULAR TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER AT 1620 PELTON
PARKWAY
INITIATED BY: MASTEC NETWORK SOLUTIONS LLC, ON BEHALF OF AT&T
MOBILITY CORP.
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved w/conditions
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission finds that the Conditional Use Permit to allow
a cellular telecommunications tower at 1620 Pelton Parkway, is consistent with the
criteria established in Section 30-382(F)(3) of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that a conditional use permit to allow a cellular telecommunications tower at
1620 Pelton Parkway, per the attached,is hereby approved with the following conditions:
1. Final fencing (screening) plan shall be approved by the Department of
Community Development.
