All outdoor storage areas must be completely enclosed by 8 foot tall solid (at least 90% opaque) fencing. Owner/Applicant shall submit code-compliant, revised fencing specifications/details to staff for Department of Community Development review prior to building permit issuance. 2. Conditional Use Permit to allow the proposed total of 88 parking spaces in excess of 125 percent of the minimum parking count required by ordinance. 3. Petitioner shall submit a revised landscaping plan with code-compliant species and code- compliant landscaping point totals for Department of Community Development review prior to building permit issuance. 4. Petitioner shall submit a revised, code-compliant photometric plan to staff for Department of Community Development review prior to building permit issuance.
