Recording Area
1. The Second Addition to Rusch&Kienast Plat in the City of Name and Return Address
Oshkosh was recorded with the Winnebago County Register of City Attorneys Office
PO Box 1130
Deeds on March 11, 1987, in Book 2, Page 21, and as Document Oshkosh,WI 54903-1130
Number 674836. This Plat included a twenty(20) foot wide
sanitary sewer force main easement to the City of Oshkosh. 91230480000,91230480100,
91230500000, 91230510000,
2. The City of Oshkosh releases all right,title, and interest that it may 91230520000, 91230530000,
have in the sanitary force main easement identified in the Second 91230540000,91230550000,
Addition to Rusch &Kienast Plat, attached as Exhibit A. The 91230560100,91230560200
specific lots affected are more particularly described as Parcel Identification Number (PIN)
follows:
Those portions of Lots 148— 156 designated as a sanitary
force main easement to City of Oshkosh on the Second
Addition to Rusch&Kienast Plat, located in the City of
Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
3. Lots 148, 149, and 156, of the Second Addition to Rusch&Kienast Plat, which include part of the
sanitary force main easement, were subsequently converted to condominiums and/or
twindominiums, specifically: Units 1 (PIN 91230480100, address: 2797 Clover Street)and 2 (PIN
91230480000, address: 2799 Clover Street), of the CLOVER STREET TWINDOMINIUMS;
Units 1 (PIN 91230490000,address: 2787 Clover Street) and 2 (PIN 91230490100,address: 2789
Clover Street) of the 2787 &2789 CLOVER STREET CONDOMINIUMS; and,Units 1 (PIN
1230560100,address: 2727 Clover Street)and 2 (PIN 91230560200, address: 2719 Clover Street),
of the 2717-2719 CLOVER CONDOMINIUMS. For clarity purposes,this Release is intended to
include the sanitary force main easement as located on lots of the original plat, including those
subsequently converted into twindominium and condominium property.
4. In addition to Exhibit A identifying the platted easement to be released, Exhibit B also identifies
the easement to be released in a larger scale map.
5. The City abandons as-is, and releases all right, title, and interest in any and all of its City utilities
and facilities that remain within the easement that is being released. The property owner may use
or remove any remaining utilities or facilities that have been abandoned,or undertake any other
lawful action within the released easement, all at property owner's own risk. This Release does not
affect any other easement, agreement, property right, obligation, or encumbrance.
