This Plat included a twenty(20) foot wide sanitary force main easement to the City of Oshkosh. 91229920000,91229930000, 91229940000,91229950000, 2. The City of Oshkosh releases all right, title, and interest that it may 91229960000,91229970000, have in the sanitary force main easement identified in the First 91229980000 Addition to Rusch&Kienast Plat,which is attached as Exhibit A. Parcel Identification Number (PIN) The affected lots are more particularly described as follows: Those portions of Lots 92—98 designated as a sanitary force main easement to City of Oshkosh on the First Addition to Rusch& Kienast Plat, located in the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. 3. Lot 93 of the First Addition to Rusch&Kienast Plat,which includes part of the sanitary force main easement, was subsequently converted to a condominium, specifically Units 2661 (PIN 91229930000, address: 2661 Clover Street)and 2663 (PIN 91229930100, address: 2663 Clover Street) of the CLOVER CONDOMINIUM. For clarity purposes,this Release is intended to include the sanitary force main easement as located on lots of the original plat, including those subsequently converted into condominium property. 4. In addition to Exhibit A identifying the platted easement to be released, Exhibit B also identifies the easement to be released as identified on a larger scale map. 5. The City abandons as-is, and releases all right,title,and interest in any and all of its City utilities and facilities that remain within the easement that is being released. The property owner may use or remove any remaining utilities or facilities that have been abandoned, or undertake any other lawful action within the released easement, all at property owner's own risk.
