1982, in Book 1, Page 169, and as Document Number 572373. Recording Area

2. The City of Oshkosh releases all right, title, and interest that it
may have in the sanitary force main easement identified on the 91229010000,91229020000,
Rusch&Kienast Plat attached and incorporated as Exhibit A. The 91229030000,91229040000,
affected Lots are more particularly described as follows: 91229050000,91229060000,
91229070000,91229080000
Those portions of Lots 1 —8 designated as a sanitary Parcel Identification Number (PIN)
force main easement to City of Oshkosh on the Rusch
&Kienast Plat, located in the City of Oshkosh,
Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
3. In addition to Exhibit A identifying the platted easement to be released, Exhibit B also identifies
the easement to be released as identified on a larger scale map.
4. The City abandons as-is, and releases all right,title,and interest in any and all of its City utilities
and facilities that remain within the easement that is being released. The property owner may use
or remove any remaining utilities or facilities that have been abandoned, or undertake any other
lawful action within the released easement, all at property owner's own risk. This Release does not
affect any other easement, agreement, property right, obligation, or encumbrance.
