TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION ACCESS AGREEMENT

Settlement Amount: For Mutual Benefit
Purpose: Closed-circuit televising inspection of existing storm laterals into your property;
erosion control measures; installation of new or relayed storm laterals; installation of
storm lateral inlets; removal and installation of driveways; root pruning; grading
operations and lawn restoration,if necessary.
For the above stated amount, the undersigned owner(s) grant to the City of Oshkosh, a Temporary Construction
Access Agreement to occupy and use the owner's land for the above-stated purposes;so long as required for such
purpose, and to operate necessary equipment thereon, including the right to preserve, protect, remove, or plant
any vegetation the authorities may deem desirable to prevent the erosion of soil.
The Temporary Construction Access Agreement, as described, will begin on the date of the final signature below,
and except for warranty work,will terminate at the completion of the project. After completion of the project,the
Temporary Construction Access Agreement will continue for the limited purpose of undertaking warranty work.
City projects include a two (2)year warranty period,and the City must notify its Contractor of defects within that
period. The City will send a reminder notice and contact information to property owners shortly before the
warranty expiration.
